Makenzie launched the studio after moving her career to Central Florida in 2018. Her training came first at Paul Mitchell the School Fort Myers, and her color and extension work has grown from there. The studio's services are built around color, with cuts, toners and glosses, conditioning and Olaplex treatments, keratin smoothing, and extensions alongside.

Visits are one-on-one. The salon describes the space as comfortable yet trendy. Bookings can be made through the online booking site, which welcomes new clients, or by phoning (407) 576-5527. Payment is accepted in notes and coins, bank cards of either type, Apple Pay, and peer-payment apps including Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. The studio runs Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It also opens two Saturdays a month, and the available dates are listed on the booking site.

The color menu covers all-over single color with a blowout, partial and full lived-in packages, partial and full highlight packages, face-frame packages, and grey coverage or regrowth retouches. Color correction and fashion colors begin with a consultation, as do hair extensions.

Makenzie works one-on-one with each client and aims for a personalized visit, keeping up with current hair trends.
