Makenzie

Makenzie owns The Hive and works as its stylist. She studied cosmetology and graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Fort Myers, where she earned honors in cutting, color, and texture and was named to the Dean's list. In 2018 she moved her career to Central Florida and launched The Hive from there.

Her focus is lived-in color, including balayage and foiliayage, and hair extensions. She travels for advanced learning in both extensions and color. She is certified with Olaplex and certified in Waterfall Beaded Row and Bellami Professional extensions. Her experience includes beauty pageants, destination weddings, and fashion shows for Dillard's and Paul Mitchell.
