The team says healthy hair comes first and that it will not trade hair health for a look. It also places weight on continuing education and on keeping up with new trends and techniques. The salon describes its feel as welcoming and fun, and says it aims to avoid the intimidating atmosphere it associates with other luxury salons.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. The salon uses individual hand-tied wefts matched to each client's natural hair, along with its own Hive Hidden Bead method. A consultation is required for new extension clients, and it is free. Installation starts at $120 for one row and $240 for two rows, while maintenance lifts start at $95 for one row and $190 for two. Extension purchases and installations are not refundable, and small install adjustments may be needed afterward. The salon says its stylists are highly trained in several extension methods.

Color services include a light dusting trim. Full custom color starts at $165, half custom at $130, mini custom at $115, and going darker or roots at $110. A custom root smudge may be recommended for an extra charge. A women's cut without color starts at $65, and an add-on cut can be added to any color service for $40. Scalp, hydration and repair treatments are $75 each, or $35 when added to any other service.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Services are not refunded, but one complimentary color adjustment can be requested within 7 days. Children under 11 who are not receiving a service should stay home, and children under 14 receiving a service must have an adult with them for the whole visit.
