Stylists are grouped into four tiers: apprentice, junior, senior and master, each at a different price level. Apprentice services are offered at a reduced rate, and apprentices work under close supervision while completing the training hours Utah requires for a cosmetologist license. Junior stylists have roughly one to three years of experience and the lowest prices, and their appointments may run up to an hour longer than those with senior or master stylists. Senior stylists have roughly three to six years of experience at mid-range prices. Master stylists have more than six years of experience and the highest prices, and they hold a state instructor's license.

A hair consultation costs $15 and is applied to the service you book. It helps you choose a haircut, color or blonding service, and the stylist makes recommendations based on your hair goals, how much upkeep you want and your budget. The salon says budget-friendly options are available. Full appointments can run between one and five hours, and time estimates are not guaranteed. For extensions, you consult first, and the hair is ordered after a nonrefundable half deposit. Brides need a consultation before booking an updo. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, or a $40 fee per hour booked applies, and arriving 20 minutes or more late brings a $10 late fee. Colors are not guaranteed if you leave early or arrive with wet hair. The salon does not offer refunds but will work to correct any concern.

The salon is kid friendly when children have an appointment, and it makes accommodations for children ages 1 to 10 when a visit will take more than an hour, including chemical services. Parking is free, and the salon has disabled access, a snack bar and WiFi. It lists itself as LGBTQIA friendly, offers gift certificates, and accepts American Express, Buy Now Pay Later, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
