WhitV Salon works out of a home in Murray. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday closed, Friday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. The salon also offers after-hours appointments and house calls, and accepts card payments with a 2.5% processing fee on card transactions.

About

Color is the core of the menu. A consultation runs 20 minutes. Gloss and toner start at $50 and take 45 minutes, and Accent Color and Accent Highlights are each $75 for up to ten foils or sections. Partial highlights cover the area from the top of the ears up, usually 20 to 25 foils, over about 90 minutes. Balayage takes around 120 minutes and is priced by length and thickness. Fashion and vivid color begins with lightening and is priced by length, thickness and the number of extra bowls of bleach. Color correction is charged by the hour for fixing someone else's work or box dye, and requires a $75 deposit.

Cuts cover women, men and kids, plus bang and neck trims. Women's cuts start at $57 and include shampoo, a detailed cut, trim and split-end mending; a signature version is $10 more and adds a deep conditioning treatment. Extensions include $25 Tinsel Extensions and a longer install with consultation, placement plan, precision installation, blending and care tips, which takes 65 minutes and requires a $75 deposit for new clients. Clients can bring their own hair, which must be new or in great condition, or order hair custom-matched in color. Updos are offered for special occasions and bridal, and take 70 minutes.

Packages and memberships bundle the work. The Signature Color Refresh, Lived in Blonde and Full Blonde Transformation packages are booked through the Services page, and credits apply automatically at checkout. The WhitV VIP Club, Color Club and Luxury Hair Membership each renew every four weeks and include treatments, gloss or toner, haircuts or discounts on color and retail.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. A no-call no-show carries a 40% cancellation fee, and that client must pay before booking another appointment. New clients pay a $20 deposit for All Over Color and a $25 deposit for Full Root Touch.

The salon's approach centers on personalized color and cutting, with attention to the condition of the hair over time.
