New clients start with a 15-minute consultation to talk through options. A 10-minute patch test is done before tints, dyes, brow lamination or lash lifts. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
Brow services range from waxing, threading and tweezing to tinting and henna or hybrid dye. Henna and hybrid dyes leave a skin stain that lasts 7 to 10 days and stays on brow hair for up to six weeks, and a 10-day touch-up must be booked within 10 days of a previous henna or hybrid dye. Traditional brow tint colors the hair with little to no skin staining, and a custom shade is mixed for each client. Brow lamination is a chemical service that straightens brow hairs for a softer, fuller look, while the lash lift curls lashes chemically and includes a lash tint.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full appointment amount. Same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-shows are charged the full cost of the appointment. For clients who want facial hair removed without wax, a full face threading service that includes brow shaping is offered.
New clients start with a consultation, and a patch test comes before tints, dyes, brow lamination and lash lifts.
