The studio is run by its Black, woman owner and works with organic skincare and personalized care. Each visit is planned around the individual client, from brow shape and growth to the condition of the skin, rather than a fixed routine.

Brow appointments start with a consultation about the shape, growth, fullness and arch the client wants. The brow is outlined to the agreed shape before any hair is removed, and the client decides how much hair comes out. Before brow work, skin is prepped and cleansed with a homemade blend of rosewater, witch hazel and tea tree oil, and afterward a homemade soothing remedy of tea tree oil, witch hazel and a calming cream is applied after hair removal. Brow lamination, brow tinting and brow henna can be added to brow services, and a tutorial on filling in brows is available on request.

Waxing is done with organic wax: soft and hard wax for most services, an organic rose hard wax for Brazilian and bikini waxing, and an organic cream-based hard wax for other body areas, with soft wax used only for stubborn leg hair. Lash lifts and tints are offered, and facials come in seasonal and express options, including a mask given after Brazilian waxing.

Booking is by appointment only and requires payment information. The full service amount is charged for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment, and for arrivals more than 15 minutes late. A free parking lot beside the building is available to clients, and nearby spots signed for Corner Beet and Rooted Heart may also be used by clients.

The studio focuses on quality products as well as quality services, with organic materials and a plan built around each client's skin and brows.

A private, one-on-one studio on the upstairs floor of the building, with attention kept on each client.
