The studio describes itself as an inclusive, safe space for every skin type, skin tone and age. The aim is for each client to feel good in their skin, comfortable and pampered during the visit, and to feel that time spent on self care is worthwhile.

A facial visit starts with a choice of how much to undress, from staying fully clothed to using the robe, with private changing space. A clean robe is offered to every client, a clean headband is provided for facials, and makeup can be worn to the appointment, with the treated area cleansed thoroughly. Clothing worn during a facial is protected as far as possible, though it cannot be guaranteed to stay dry and clean. Most clients leave with some redness and a slightly shiny complexion as products absorb, and aftercare advice, which varies by service and skin type, is given by the esthetician at the appointment. The studio cannot promise that a hairstyle will survive a service.

Bridal hair and makeup cover the bride and her party, with skin prep and a custom look included in each service. Bridal services travel across Colorado and out of state and can cover groups of any size for hair and makeup. Accessibility note: the studio is on the third floor with no elevator and the building is not wheelchair accessible, so clients with accessibility needs can be referred to other estheticians.

Each appointment is tailored to the individual client, with an inclusive approach to every skin type, skin tone and age.
