The menu runs from a 45-minute Essential at $80 through a 75-minute Renewal at $135, a 75-minute Men's Renewal at $155, 90-minute Restore and Loc Detox services at $165 each, a 105-minute Glow at $185, and a 150-minute Total Escape at $265. The Renewal and Restore can be upgraded to a blow dry with style for an extra $20. Some services include an express dry or full blowout, and others may add a blow dry for a fee.

Polaris and Powell take online bookings and have individual treatment rooms. The New Albany location has a private double room for guests who want to be treated together. Group bookings at New Albany are made by calling or texting 614.324.9189. Up to four people can be seen at the same time, and bookings of up to three guests are arranged by phone or email. A $50 deposit is taken at booking and the rest is paid at the appointment. The deposit is refundable with at least 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments without that notice are charged in full. Gift cards can be bought online, or by calling or texting for a mailed card, and work at all locations. Guests can be tipped to their cosmetologist by gift card, cash, credit card, Zelle or Venmo.

The treatments are suitable for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, and guests with color-treated hair can book if recent coloring is mentioned at booking. Many types of hair extensions are accepted, and a head spa is best done before extensions are refreshed. The Loc Detox is designed for locs and is recommended before a loc re-twist. Treatments are typically recommended every four to six weeks. The business says its treatments can help with dandruff and dry scalp by removing buildup, excess oil and dead skin, but it states that they are not a medical treatment or a solution for hair loss or thinning hair. Pregnant guests should say so at booking, and medical concerns should be checked with a healthcare provider.
