Many services are sold as named experiences that bundle several steps at one price and time. The balayage experience includes a personalized consultation, a toning gloss, a luxury cleanse and a signature style finish, while the ombré experience uses custom color with a luxury gloss treatment. Cut versions add a precision haircut to the color, and dimensional and full highlight options are also offered.
Silk press and smoothing make up a large part of the menu. Silk press visits range from a luxury cleanse, blowout and silk press at $125 for 80 minutes to a 120-minute visit with deep hydration therapy with steam and a precision haircut at $210. Smoothing uses Keratin Complex technology, with a lighter Keratin Complex Express option at $150 and a full Keratin Complex smoothing treatment starting at $350 for 210 minutes.
Each service requires a $35 deposit to book. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and appointments canceled within 48 hours carry a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full scheduled amount, and a non-refundable deposit may be required for select appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Reminders are sent automatically, but clients are responsible for keeping track of their own appointments.
