The service menu is grouped into Blonding & Dimension, Color, Experience, Haircut & Style, Smoothing Treatment, Treatments and Treat Yourself. New guests can book a Color & Refresh of about two hours, starting at $150, which covers color, a sealer treatment, a haircut, blow-dry and style. Larger new-guest options include Multi Dimensions with Roots Coverage, starting at $250 and taking three hours or more, and Color Transformation, starting at $300 and taking four hours or more. Guests who have not visited in six months or more book through a dedicated new guest page for an extended pre-consultation. A 15-minute consultation costs $20 and that amount is credited toward a future service.

Visits include a drink, with coffee, cappuccino, water, hot tea, hot chocolate, sparkling water and a wine of the month offered along with snacks. Shampoo includes a scalp massage. Booking requires a deposit and a credit card to hold each reservation, and the deposit is credited toward the service. Appointments are confirmed four days ahead with a reminder two days before. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations are charged half the reserved amount. No-shows are charged the full reserved amount.

Service adjustments are offered for quality inconsistencies reported before the session ends or within seven days of the service. Refunds are not given and results are not guaranteed. Children receiving haircuts must be accompanied by a parent for the whole visit, and teenagers need a parent present for consultation and price quotes. All guests complete a digital intake form that includes the cancellation policies before any service.

Color and extension work starts with a consultation, and the team treats the visit itself as important as the finished hair.
