Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Men's haircuts are $47, and women's haircut and blow-dry is $65 for 45 minutes. A PelviPulse chair is on site. The New Castle location is open Thursday and Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, and can be reached at (302) 981-9095.

For hair loss, the clinic combines several techniques for different conditions and begins each customized plan by identifying the cause of the loss. Services are offered for alopecia areata, androgenic alopecia, female and male pattern hair loss, and scarring alopecia. In-clinic laser therapy is part of the offering, including a 30 Day HRCD Hair Reset Program with two sessions a week; most of these services are priced after an in-person consultation. The business says clients have seen hair regrowth and that the 30-day program can show visible improvement in hair strength and appearance, with most clients noticing a difference by week 3.

Install work covers sew-ins, quick weaves, lace front and unit installs, plus a customized hair system line that includes consultation, installation, cleanse and beard replacement. Quick weaves require the client to bring their own hair, and unit installs require their own wig dropped off at least 24 hours ahead. Consultation is required for several hair system and braid services and for new loc clients. The business accepts HSAs, FSAs, CareCredit and customizable payment plans.
