The salon concentrates on hair extensions, including installs and virgin hair sales, along with custom wig making and natural hair care. Its services are grouped into sew-ins, braidless sew-ins, glueless installs, individual extension installs, wig services, natural hair work and styling.

Braidless micro link sew-ins are offered with or without hair included. Versions without hair start at $300 for a single weft and $350 for double or double and single weft. The hair-included version is $700, covers a wash, condition, blow-dry and silk press, and typically takes about three to five hours. A consultation is required before booking one.

Traditional, full and half-up ponytail sew-ins start at $175 to $200, and sew-in prices cover up to three bundles with each additional bundle at $25. Glueless installs include premade wig installs at $50, wig switches from $50 to $185, closure sew-ins from $225 and frontal sew-ins from $250.

Custom wig services cover construction, lace replacement, installs and maintenance. Construction is a drop-off service paid in full at drop-off, comes with a one-year construction warranty, and is not refundable.

Bridal work is available. A bridal consultation is $50 and a style trial run is $100. Day-of styling is priced at $600 to $1,000 for the bride, $100 to $150 per bridesmaid and $80 to $100 per flower girl. Bridal services require a 50% nonrefundable deposit and a signed service contract.

Appointments only, with no walk-ins and no waiting area. Installs require a 50% deposit, and booking deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules need 72 hours notice, and a $150 cancellation fee applies to late changes on extension installs. Some extension installs carry a 3.5% card processing fee. Zelle, Apple Pay and cash are accepted for bridal and wig construction payments, and credit cards are also listed. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday, subject to change. On-location appointments are priced by quote, with either a $1,500 per day minimum or a $5.00 per mile travel fee, and clients cover their own flights and hotels in advance.
