Color runs from semi-gloss and root touch-ups to balayage and full-head foil highlights. Treatments such as deep conditioning, scalp detox and K18 are available, and eyebrow and lip waxing are offered.

Visits are time based, and some services already include others such as a trim, shampoo, conditioning or styling, so it helps to read each service description before booking. Some services take a deposit that comes off the final bill; deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a 50 percent fee charged to the card on file. Cancellations made outside the online booking system should be made by phone rather than by text or direct message. Clients arriving five minutes late are within the grace period; at ten minutes late a call or text is needed, and at fifteen minutes the appointment must be rescheduled with another deposit. Parking is limited, so clients are asked to arrive no more than five to ten minutes early.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale.
