The salon offers a wide range of braided, twisted and loc styles. Braiding includes knotless and feed-in braids in several sizes, Dutch braids, fashion and bubble braids, and children's braids for ages 9 and under. Loc work runs from starter locs and interlocking to crochet-method root touch-ups and instant dreadlocks. Natural hair services are offered alongside these, including wash and go styling, blowouts, rollersets, cuts with curl definition and silk presses.

Booking is paid in advance. A $20 booking fee plus a 5.6% Square service fee is charged at booking, and the $20 is credited toward the total. That fee is not refunded for cancellations, reschedules or missed visits, though it can be moved once if a change is made more than 72 hours ahead. Changing or canceling within 72 hours carries a $20 fee, and a $20 late fee applies when a client is 15 or more minutes late. Appointments are booked back to back, so arriving on time matters, and an appointment running 20 or more minutes late may be canceled with the deposit lost.

The salon does not supply braiding or extension hair unless a service says otherwise, and each service lists the hair type needed. Hair should be clean and dry or blown out before the visit. A shampoo or blowout is $35 and is added when needed before braiding. Same-day appointments must be approved before booking, and requests after normal business hours are made by text. No additional people may attend an appointment. Clients are responsible for knowing their own allergies and sensitivities. Payment is accepted by cash, debit or credit card, with cash preferred; card payments carry the 5.6% fee.
