Services fall into three groups: Color & Cut, add-on treatments, and extensions. Color & Cut prices include a cut, while color is typically an extra $10 to $30 depending on the service and the amount of hair. Some stylists' pricing may vary.

The salon aims to bring out each guest's natural beauty through personalized care. Maintenance color services are usually rebooked every six to eight weeks, and extension move-ups are best scheduled between six and nine weeks. Clients can book online, and returning clients can log in to a personalized booking experience.

Clients are asked to keep a card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Services are non-refundable, but a complimentary adjustment appointment can be scheduled if a client is not completely satisfied with color or service, provided concerns are raised within 72 hours. Children under 10 should not come along to appointments, though infants are welcome.
