Services range from women's cuts, blow dries and styling to full and partial color, balayage, ombre, color correction, updos and waves, and longer-lasting treatments. Makeup applications include lashes, and extensions, if provided or requested, carry an additional fee. Bridal services can be booked as a trial beforehand, and brides can choose studio or on-site appointments.

Booking requires a deposit, which is applied to the service. Clients are asked to arrive on time; a grace period of five to fifteen minutes applies if they call to say they are running late, and if a stylist is delayed, clients receive a courtesy phone call. Rescheduling or cancelling needs at least 72 hours' notice. Children under nine are not accepted in the salon, and extra guests should not come along to appointments unless they are receiving a service.

Dina founded the business and leads the color and cutting work. The salon describes its approach as customized and kept current with trends, and it values working with clients of all ages, including older clients.
