Color services range from single process color, toner or glaze and new growth touch-ups to full color, double process color for blondes who need a second all-over lightening, and balayage or ombre, where a toner may be needed to reach the desired tone. Highlights are priced by how much of the head is done, and lowlights cost the same as highlights when booked alone. Color correction is priced after a consultation because it may take several processes and methods.

Hair extensions come in three types. Clip-ins are the fastest and most affordable option, and each fitting begins with a consultation to match color, followed by a lesson so clients can apply and remove them at home. Tape-ins are one inch wide and attached with double-sided keratin tape; they can be reused and should be removed, cleaned, re-taped and reapplied every 6 to 8 weeks. Keratin-tip extensions are bonded to small sections of hair, must be removed by a professional, are not reusable, and are best removed every 12 to 16 weeks. Extension pricing varies by service.

Smoothing treatments run $175 to $450 and come in keratin, amino fusion and express options. Perms are $95 to $150 and body waves are $100 to $140. Because the smoothing product options change, the salon asks clients to call for the current list. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Looks are customized to each client's lifestyle, and education is central, with clients given product recommendations and at-home styling tips to keep their results between visits.
