Massage sessions are $85 for 60 minutes, $110 for 90 minutes and $170 for 120 minutes. The signature Swedish massage is gentle and light. The signature therapeutic massage uses medium to deep pressure; its one-hour version targets the main area of pain and the muscles around it, while the longer versions usually cover the full body and may include hot stones, cups and trigger point work. Specialty options include TMJ healing massage, which uses myofascial release on the jaw, face, head and neck with non-latex gloves, lymphatic drainage (a light, feathering touch, starting at 75 minutes), energy balancing (starting at 75 minutes), cupping (starting at 90 minutes), headache-focused work on the neck, shoulders and head (starting at 30 minutes), prenatal massage (starting at 60 minutes) and stretch therapy, a one-hour session on the area of pain that includes stretching and strengthening. Stretch and massage pairs stretch therapy with therapeutic massage in a two-hour visit.

Facials include a $60 signature facial with a deep cleanse, exfoliation, manual extraction, facial massage, custom mask and hydrating moisturizer; an anti-aging facial using products made for that purpose; a cupping facial that uses suction cups on the skin and muscles; and a back facial that exfoliates the back and finishes with a massage. A $30 mini facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, muscle relaxation and hydration in 30 minutes without extractions. A $75 micro exfoliation and hydro facial uses laser cut diamonds and gentle suction, and the business recommends three to four treatments for best results. Body treatments at $70 include the Arizona Delight, a sea salt and peppermint full-body scrub, a custom body wrap or scrub tailored to each client, and a back treatment with a hydrating mask and massage.

Clients can book online or by calling 480-969-4040. Hours are Monday 9am to 6pm, Wednesday and Saturday 8:30am to 1pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9am. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork, and late arrivals receive a shorter session. All major credit cards and insurance are accepted, and gift cards are available at all times.

Mobile service travels to homes, offices and other locations from a sanitized spa trailer. Regular mobile rates are $99 per hour or $149 per 90 minutes, and the first-visit special is $85 for an hour or $115 for 90 minutes. Mobile service runs every Tuesday and every second Saturday from 10:30am to 6pm. In-home or office parties are offered with at least two weeks' notice, and office wellness contracts are available for employee health packages. The business says it aims to make relaxation affordable for everyone. Self-care coaching comes in a six-month package for $900, including a nutrition evaluation with licensed nutritionist Roxi Thiam, accountability calls, a skincare consultation, a one-hour massage and a one-hour stretch session, and a twelve-month package for $1,200, including a nutrition evaluation with Roxi Thiam, meal prep, two massages, two stretch sessions, two IV treatments and a colon therapy session.
