The facial menu is built in tiers. The Teen Facial is a one-hour deep cleanse designed for younger skin. The Essential Custom Facial takes an hour and includes a double cleanse, steam, enzyme treatment, light extractions, one enhancement, a custom serum, a moisturizer with SPF and a lip treatment. The Elite and Luxe custom facials run 1.5 and 1.75 hours and add two or three enhancements, with options that include dermaplaning, hydrofacial or peel.

Clinical and med spa treatments are offered for skin damaged by illness or injury and for signs of aging. Chemical peels range from a 45-minute Level 1 with no downtime and possible light flaking for one to two days, up to a 90-minute Transformative peel with a five to nine day recovery and a take-home kit. Pre-Chemical Peel Prep is required before the more advanced peels, and the Transformative peel is not used on skin types IV to VI until the skin has been acclimated. Microneedling and nanoneedling, PRX Bio Revitalization, DMK enzyme therapies and Lamprobe spot treatments are also available, and PRX treatments are spaced seven to fourteen days apart.

The 90-day acne program starts with a skincare analysis questionnaire and includes one-on-one sessions with an aesthetician to build a routine, monthly Zoom workshops, an acne journal, learning materials and 24/7 chat access to the owner and other members. A six-step acne clearing product bundle is included, which the program page lists as worth $876. The page says the program can help clients clear their skin within 90 days.

Treatments can be paid over time through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service. According to the payment page, Cherry plans include 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, and the page states Cherry does not run hard credit checks.
