Waxing is the largest part of the menu. The studio uses both soft-wax and hard-wax techniques for brows, lip, face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, bikini, Brazilian and full-body work. Men can book full legs, a male bikini wax, or a male Brazilian. The Brazilian wax focuses on the bikini area and leaves the butt cheeks and inner thigh out, and a landing strip or triangle can be kept. The male bikini wax covers the bikini area, scrotum and butt crack, but not the shaft of the penis.

Skin services include a Custom Facial using the Bioelements pH-balanced skincare line, and a facial that can be paired with dermaplaning or microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond tip for exfoliation. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz. Both treatments are offered as express versions for a shorter visit.

Eyelash tinting and eyebrow tinting use semi-permanent dye, with the brow tint applied to the brow hairs. A lash lift is also offered, and the studio notes results generally last about six to eight weeks. The studio's own reviews page shows an overall rating of 5.0 from 120 reviews, which it presents as praise for friendliness, space and thorough care.

For a smooth visit, the studio asks for waxing hair to be at least a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth. Cancellations or reschedules should be communicated at least 24 hours ahead, or a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply. Clients arriving five to ten minutes late may have services adjusted or rescheduled at the provider's discretion, and new clients are asked to arrive five minutes early.
