Appointments start at the booked time rather than when a client walks in, so clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early. Appointments also end at the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are charged, and email is not accepted as a form of cancellation. Clients with repeated late arrivals or no-shows are limited to same-day booking. Deposits and prepayments are tied to a specific date and time and cannot be moved.
Parking is free in posted spots on Lafayette St behind Anytime Fitness. When those are full, paid spots or street parking can be used. Restrooms are past the mailboxes down the path to the left, and the waiting area has fizzy water and sweet treats.
A small waiting area with fizzy water and sweet treats set out for clients.
