The team includes Master Talent and Junior Associate stylists who are trained through the Paul Mitchell school. Ken has also served as a Paul Mitchell National Educator for 18 years, and the studio says education for its team is a top priority. The salon states its team has over 20 years of combined expertise.

Color services include single-process color, foil highlighting and corrective color, which is priced after a consultation. Cutting and styling covers children's and men's cuts, women's cuts, blowouts, special occasion styling, perms, bang trims, conditioning treatments and the Brazilian Blow-Out. Waxing is offered for brows, lip and chin.

Hair extensions are offered in three methods: tape-in, which is semi-permanent and secured with a non-slip medical-grade adhesive, sewn-in, which is threaded onto natural hair and typically lasts one to three months, and a hybrid method. Extension consultations are complimentary and are held with a certified extension specialist. Pricing depends on length and the number of rows.

The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Students from SIUE and Edwardsville, IL school districts can ask about a student discount when booking, with a valid student ID.

The salon says it aims to make sure clients look and feel their best when they leave, and it puts a strong emphasis on ongoing education for its team.
