Lightening work here is adjusted to suit each guest, whether the goal is a frosty platinum or a warm honey shade. Stylists have training in blonding methods, including the Oligo glossing technique. Paul Mitchell and Milkshake products are used to shield strands while they are lightened. Balayage can be shaped in several ways: a bespoke blend of tones, brighter pieces around the face, softer shading near the roots, gradient effects in both ombre and sombre styles, toning and glossing treatments, and corrective color work. Consultations are tailored to the individual, and a complimentary consultation is offered for special occasions. A consultation is recommended before larger color changes, such as full blonding or color correction.

Extension services include sew-in, tape-in, halo, clip-in, Keratin Bond and V-Light options. Sew-ins braid natural hair into tracks and sew in wefts, tape-ins use pre-taped wefts placed between sections of natural hair, and halo extensions use a single weft on a thin wire with no salon visits after the initial fitting. Keratin Bond extensions use individually applied Remy human hair and can last four to six months with proper care. The salon says its stylists are certified in various extension methods and that it uses brands including Goldie Locks, Aluram, Harper Ellis, Aqua and Halo Couture. Hand-tied wefts and Halo Couture work come with maintenance explained before booking.

Toupee services cover choosing, fitting, color matching, customized styling, installation and aftercare, in a private setting. The process starts with a free consultation, followed by reviewing photos of the desired style, scheduling the install for a later date and learning how to care for the piece afterward. The salon says it has installed more than 100 toupees. Haircuts for men, women and children, facials, and facial waxing for eyebrows and upper lip round out the menu.

Walk-ins are welcome when available, though booking ahead secures a preferred time, and Saturday visits are by appointment. Appointments can be made by phone, by text or through the online booking system. Shampooing is included with all services, and pickup and delivery options are offered. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations without that notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 100%.
