Every visit starts with a personalized consultation and a microscopic scalp analysis, and the treatment is then tailored to what the analysis and the client's goals show. Clients receive a cozy robe and a coffee or tea in the lounge before or after their treatment. The lounge suits solo visits as well as small groups for self-care days, birthdays and bridal parties, with group bookings available for up to four guests and optional add-ons such as balloons, charcuterie boards and refreshments.

The three scalp treatments step up in length and scope. The Root-ine ($160) covers scalp analysis, cleansing, hydration and at-home care education. The Renewal ($200) adds extended scalp massage, arm, hand and shoulder massage, and warm-towel aromatherapy. The Ritual ($300), the most comprehensive option, takes up to 2.5 hours and pairs scalp care with extended massage and a full facial that includes exfoliation, LED therapy and collagen and peptide masks. The business says its treatments are results-focused, with plenty of massage along the way.

The salon side offers color, cutting, brows and waxing.
