Color is a major focus. The named packages, The Socialite, Take Me to Bali and Bronde Bombshell, are priced as partial or full services and include a toner or balayage, a haircut and a signature blowout. Cherry Bomb starts with a bleach bath to lift previous color and finishes with an all-over red pull-through. Color corrections, fashion colors and Glam Squad styling are arranged by consultation, and Glam Squad can be done in the salon or at the client's location. Consultations are complimentary.

Extensions are customized after a free consultation of about 15 minutes, which is the point where an accurate quote is given. Hand-tied wefts are custom colored to match natural hair and are priced per weft, while genius wefts are priced per 50g of hair. The salon also offers k-tips, clip-ins and toppers, all made from 100% human hair. Installations use a beaded row method, and maintenance visits are needed every 6 to 8 weeks, covering weft removal, a deep cleansing shampoo, scalp massage, reinstalling, trimming and styling. The salon also says it works directly with its manufacturer in China rather than through a middleman.

Hair restoration with Alma TED is a non-surgical, needle-free treatment that uses ultrasonic waves and involves no downtime. Appointments take 20 to 30 minutes within a visit of about an hour that includes a complimentary shampoo and blow dry. The salon describes the treatment as FDA-approved and points to a clinical study it cites. A free consultation is offered for this service, which is done in partnership with Alma Lasers.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. The phone number is (618) 334-6511. Clients can book with a valid credit card on file, and those who decline must pay a 50% deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice. Refunds are not given, and problems with services or products should be reported within one week. Checks are not accepted. Wi-Fi is available, with devices on silent or used with headphones. Gift cards are sold online through Square.
