The $150 Virtual Regimen Revamp is a 30-minute online skin consultation with product and nutrition recommendations. It ships only within the U.S., and the fee is not applied to product purchases.

For aestheticians, the business offers an 8-hour private hands-on facial training course (six hours of training and two of mentorship), single 60-minute career development sessions, and a three-month career membership with three sessions. Skincare brands can book a 90-minute brand strategy consultation or a three-month brand strategy membership with three 60-minute sessions.

Listed product prices range from $12 to $159, and gift cards from $100 to $1,000. Returns are not accepted, including for products that do not perform as expected or for a change of preference. Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer support within two days of receiving the order.
