The facial menu ranges from a 45-minute Express Glow, offered to existing clients, to the 60-minute La Pelle Wellness Hydrodermabrasion, which combines a mask, a light peel where skin is suitable, an oxygenated serum and cold therapy. The studio recommends that facial to be repeated every one to two months and does not recommend it for actively inflamed acne or rosacea. Curated Glow sessions run 90 or 120 minutes and include thorough extractions, with options such as hydrodermabrasion, oxygen treatment, dermaplaning, nano infusion with exosomes, LED, chemical peel, microdermabrasion and cold therapy. Facial prices include all service charges with no gratuity expected and no add-ons.

Sugaring is offered to women for the face and bikini areas, including ingrown hair treatment. It uses natural products and a sugar paste. The full face service includes a thorough cleanse and a finishing routine of toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF, and the full face price excludes eyebrows. Eyebrow clean up is priced lower when booked within six weeks of the previous service. Add-ons such as the Pretty Kitty bikini treatment and small face areas are available alongside the main services. Soft and hard wax are offered for face services only.

Appointments are booked by text or through the online reservation button. Hours are Monday 2 to 7pm, Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with the studio closed Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations are charged the full service price. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled at the full original price. The studio accepts Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash and cards, with a 3% processing fee. eGift cards are sold on the website. According to the studio, it follows state board compliant sanitation practices and additional disinfection and prevention training, and it uses a HEPA air purifier in the studio.

Treatments are designed around each client's skin needs at the time of the visit, with a gradual plan aimed at steady long-term results. The studio says it offers only treatments and products its owner would use herself.
