Skin care is the core of the menu. New skincare clients begin with a 30-minute consultation for $30. Options range from the Teen Glow Facial, a gentle deep cleanse for teenagers with few skin concerns, to the 120-minute Emerald Ritual, a DMK treatment that finishes with Enzyme 1 Therapy, also called oxygen therapy. The Emerald Signature is a personalized facial with warm steam towels, exfoliation, masks, hot stones and a massage, and the Soft Polish is a 40-minute lunchtime facial that uses dermaplaning to clear dead skin and peach fuzz. Timeless Skin Peel uses chemical peels for hyperpigmented, acne-prone or aging skin. Muscle Banding, which the studio describes as a way to lift, tone and tighten skin, is offered only to established clients and requires at least one Enzyme 1 treatment first.

The acne program starts with a 30-minute consultation that includes a skin and lifestyle assessment, and clients are expected to purchase a full home care regimen, estimated at $150 to $200, before the first treatment. Acne Treatment, from $90 for 45 minutes or more, includes a peel or enzyme, extractions and high frequency, and is scheduled every two weeks until skin clears, typically three to six months depending on severity. Clients who have graduated from the program move to Acne Maintenance, a 60-minute visit at $100 booked every four to six weeks.

Brow services include a $25 wax, a tint with shaping at $55, and lamination options from $95, with a tint-and-shape version at $110. The brow wax uses a hypoallergenic clear soft wax, and hard wax is available on request. Lash services include removal, tinting in black or dark brown, lifts at $85, and fills in classic, hybrid, volume, mini and foreign styles, along with full sets at $200. The Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Package combines a tinted lash lift and brow lamination for $200. Waxing for lip, chin, sideburns and underarms, plus custom spray tans from $35, completes the menu.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-shows without prior notice are charged the full price. Existing clients can buy gift cards by contacting Erin Lane directly, and product pickup is arranged through the provider directly.

Skin work starts with an individual assessment, and treatments and home care are planned around each client's skin.
