The facial menu runs from a 45-minute cleansing facial, which includes massage, exfoliation, a customized mask, moisturizer, SPF, and extractions as needed, to 1-hour options such as dermaplaning combined with a full facial, a chemical peel selected for the client's skin type and needs, and microdermabrasion, a non-invasive exfoliating resurfacing treatment. Body options include a 30-minute Soothing Vagacial with a double cleanse, ingrown removal, extractions, toning, serum, mask, and moisturizer, a 1-hour cleansing back facial, and a 30-minute spray tan.

Lash services cover classic and volume/hybrid full sets, fills in four levels (including a fill for lashes done at another salon), a lash lift, lash tinting, and extension removal. Brow services include brow tinting and brow lamination, which uses a perming solution to shape the brows. The waxing menu covers the lip, ear, nose, brow, chin, underarm, chest and stomach, bikini, Brazilian, full face, arm (soft wax), half leg, back, and full leg. Waxing and shaving needed for a Soothing Vagacial is added to the price, and the Vagacial can be done the same day as a wax only if the hair is very short.

Policies: new clients complete an intake form before their first visit. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations inside that window may be charged 50% of the service value. No-shows are charged the full amount, and clients with more than two no-shows lose booking privileges and must pay a full deposit for future visits. There is a 15-minute grace period after the appointment time, and a late arrival shortens the appointment rather than extending it. Clients with flu-like symptoms are asked to reschedule and to wait at least 24 hours after symptoms end. Service sales are final, but clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the business within 48 hours; the business may offer a complimentary touch-up or correction instead of a refund. Unopened, unused retail products can be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, and opened products may qualify for store credit or an exchange if they cause a reaction. Gift cards are available.

Facials and microdermabrasion are done with plant-based cleansing products, and chemical peels are chosen to suit each client's skin type and needs.
