The studio is on the third floor of the Trimble building inside The Hair Factory at 502 South Main Street in Springfield. Parking is behind the building, and clients come in through the back entrance.
The menu is built around Brazilian waxing, PCOS-focused waxing and brow work, and each service is adjusted to the goals and preferences a client brings in. Prices for the main waxes start at $35 to $55, and the Brazilian bundle starts at $125.
Appointments are booked online, and changes or cancellations go through the same booking link. Clients can text 615-339-0668 with questions or issues. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged a share of the service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Add-ons follow the same 24-hour rule. Appointments have a 5-minute grace period, and food and guests are not allowed in the treatment room. Hours are Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Waxing and brow services make up most of the menu, and each one comes with specific preparation notes, such as the hair length needed or products to stop beforehand.
