Services cover blonding, lived-in color, balayage, precision haircuts and hair extensions. The Ultimate Signature Service suits first-time clients and major transformations. It is an extended color session of up to four hours that opens with a consultation and can include highlights, babylights, teasylights, balayage, lowlights, toners and root melts, followed by a shampoo, a bond-strengthening treatment and a blow dry. Pricing varies by stylist and runs from $395 to $570. The Current Situation is the signature option for a first visit, priced from $440 to $580 and taking about four hours. Returning guests can book The Current Mini, a 120-minute follow-up priced from $240 to $290. The Current Refresh is timed to the color: six to eight weeks for high-impact blondes and grey blending, or ten to fourteen weeks for lived-in, dimensional styles.

Booking is by appointment only. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged half the service cost, same-day cancellations are charged in full, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled cost. A credit card is kept on file, and clients confirm by replying Yes to the confirmation text. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the appointment. Clients unhappy with a service can contact the salon within seven days to come back in. Services are not refunded, and children, animals and additional guests need their own appointment. Clients are responsible for sharing their hair history at consultation, and the salon may decline a service.

The salon works as a team, so any stylist is expected to deliver the same standard. It uses only luxury, clean products and aims to keep up with industry and beauty trends.
