Appointments are tailored around the health and integrity of each client's hair. Corrective color is priced at $150 per hour and includes all color, treatments, a haircut, a blow out and a home care kit, with a listed starting price of $150.50 and a $150 deposit. Custom and corrective color appointments of six hours or longer include a lunch. Custom vivid color is quoted after a consultation, takes about 300 minutes and carries a $90 deposit that is waived for clients who have already had a consultation. A $10 vivid color consultation includes a test strand and a quote, and a free 10-minute new client consultation is also offered.

Beyond color, the salon offers hair cuts, a curly cut shaped to natural curl texture, blow outs and heat styling (including a version for extensions), and formal styling for updos and bridal hair. Extension services cover installs priced by method, refurbishing used extensions by attachment type, and weft move ups for existing extensions, with up to two move ups before a reinstall is needed. Tinsel installs and facial waxing with three options are also available.

Clients can book memberships and packages for regular blow outs, including a monthly plan with three blow outs and perks such as 10 percent off color services. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, with a 50 percent fee for shorter notice. Appointments canceled the day of service, after the start time, or missed without notice may be charged up to the full service total. Deposits are nonrefundable, payments are taken through the booking platform, and gift cards in set or custom amounts can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final.
