Visits are by appointment only. Each client begins with a private consultation to work out the right approach based on hair goals, daily routine, and comfort. Virtual consultations by Zoom or FaceTime and in-person consultations are both offered at no charge, each about 15 minutes, to talk through color, style, and shaping. Services are shaped around the client's lifestyle, natural features, and long-term hair health. Color formulas are mixed with premium professional products. New clients pay a deposit for longer color services, ranging from $50 for a partial highlight to $150 for corrective color. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50 percent of the service.

Beyond color and extensions, the studio offers customized hair loss solutions, including integrated mesh systems and meshless integration for fine or thinning hair, along with topper customization and maintenance for existing systems. Event styling covers bridal, formal, and children's styles. The Elev8ed Luxe Blowout Club is a monthly membership at $129, saving $21 a month against regular pricing, and includes two signature blowouts a month valued at $150 or more, 10 percent off add-on treatments, a complimentary scalp massage at each visit, and priority booking for holidays and events. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts and are final sale.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with shorter hours on Monday and Friday. It is closed Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
