Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, with a 10% restocking fee. Bundles must be returned in their original binding, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Hair that has been installed cannot be returned, and the salon does not warrant hair after installation. Each order comes with a hair care guide. Refunds can take up to five business days after the returned hair is inspected, and the customer covers return shipping.
