Brazilian Blowout and perms take about 90 to 150 minutes, Puraluxe about 60 to 90 minutes and Keratin Express about 45 to 60 minutes. Brazilian Blowout and Puraluxe often last 10 to 12 weeks, and Keratin Express about 6 to 8 weeks.

For weddings, the salon offers a hair trial run covering consultation, styling rehearsal, product recommendations and timing, on-site touch-ups for loose strands, humidity, curls and veils, and rehearsal dinner makeup. An early-morning fee covers travel, earlier staff start times and expedited setup, and a holiday fee applies to weddings on major holidays or limited-staff days; both are confirmed at booking.
