Clients can start with a consultation, either in person or over FaceTime. The 1 on 1 Consultation takes 25 minutes and covers hair density, any weak or sparse areas, texture and length. Bridal and wardrobe or creative styling consultations are also offered, and clients are asked to arrive with their hair unstyled and visible.

Installs range from glueless quickweaves and sew-ins, with or without a closure, to bob, half-up and leave-out versions. Appointments run from about an hour for maintenance and styling to around three hours for full sew-in installs. Several services include shampoo, and treatments and installs can be added to other services.

Custom closure units start at $600 with the closure and bundles included, and pricing depends on style, length and color services. Turnaround is 7 to 14 days, and the pick-up date is confirmed by text after booking. Glueless closure unit installs include shampoo, a braid-down, installation and styling, and the unit is dropped off two days before the appointment.
