New color clients complete an online Color Consultation form, and the stylist replies by email within 24 hours with a suggested booking. Color clients can use music, free Wi-Fi, soda, water and phone charging while their color processes. First visits open with a 15-minute consultation that covers the first appointment and a longer-term hair plan.
Every service ends with styling advice for doing the look at home, along with a photo of the finished style. The salon also offers haircuts, men's haircuts, blow dries and a Brazilian Blowout.
Appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less notice carries a 30% fee, due before a new service is booked. A no-show requires payment of the full appointment before the next service. Clients who have been sick in the last 48 hours are asked to reschedule rather than attend.
The salon focuses on color and styling, with each visit ending in guidance on how to recreate the look at home.
Color clients can relax with music, Wi-Fi and drinks while they wait for processing.
