Cut and style appointments begin with a Facial Analysis consultation, a four-step system the salon developed to plan a haircut, style and color together. Color services cover blonding, balayage, dimensional coloring, root touch-ups, foil, gloss, T color and accent foils, and the salon also offers corrective color for hair that has been affected by box color or ended up in an unflattering shade. Color and cut prices are starting rates that can shift with hair length, density and the time required.

Keratin Complex smoothing is offered in several versions, from the Express Blowout to the Speedy, Signature and Same Day options and the KC Max. The salon says the treatments reduce frizz and curl by up to 80 to 90 percent, and states that results last about three to five months, up to six weeks for Speedy and up to three months for KC Max. Hair extensions use Remy human hair and require a consultation first, with volume and full sets offered.

The nail menu covers manicures, pedicures, gel polish, Gel-X, dip, acrylic sets and balances, nail art and nail repair. Waxing is offered for lip, chin, brow and face, along with brow tinting and brow arch. Permanent jewelry can be added as rings, bracelets, necklaces or anklets.

Each client is matched with products for their hair type, and retail sales of home hair care go directly toward educating the stylists. The salon's stated focus is hospitality, custom beauty, continued education and personal relationships with clients.
