Cutting and styling cover women, men and children. Women can book a haircut and style, a combined color and cut, or a shampoo and style. Men can book a gentleman's cut using clippers and shears. Children's cuts are booked by a parent or guardian, and bang trims are available to existing clients.

Treatments and extras include two keratin options. The full keratin treatment reduces frizz and drying time and lasts four to six months, and the express version is a smaller treatment that lasts four to six weeks. Neither includes a haircut. Halo and Halo Couture extensions add length and volume, and brow and upper lip services are also offered. Brides can book a bridal trial to plan a wedding hairstyle, and updos are available for other occasions.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's booking page, and eGift cards are sold online in amounts of $5, $10, $20, $50 or a custom amount. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice on scheduled services. Cancelling or missing an appointment without that notice requires payment of 50% of the services reserved before other services can be booked. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Color and cut services are customized to each guest, with a consultation offered for new clients.
