The body sculpting menu centers on lymphatic work. The Full Body Lymphatic Sculpt is a 90-minute session at $285, designed to address puffiness, bloating and fluid retention while contouring the body. A six-week 360 sculpt series at $999 uses 75-minute sessions with red light aimed at the abdomen, waist, love handles, hips, sides and back. That series includes body measurements, before and after photos, weekly progress tracking, a personalized progress card and a Body Blends Lymphatic tea after each visit. Add-ons are radiofrequency skin tightening, ultrasonic cavitation and vacuum therapy, and several of these can be combined with lymphatic sculpting in one visit.

Facial and head spa services round out the menu. The 90 Minute Head Spa (Luxe) is priced at $230 and includes a deep scalp cleanse, advanced scalp tools, a MicroSteam Express facial, a scalp mask, arm and hand relaxation, neck and shoulder work, hot stones, a waterfall rinse and a leave-in conditioner. Shorter head spa sessions of 75 minutes (Premium) and 60 minutes (Signature) are also available. Hair services include blow dries, a blow dry add-on and hair extensions. Lymphatic drainage detox is offered at both locations.

The Body Bar Academy offers hands-on training in body contouring, lymphatic drainage and wood therapy. Training covers professional equipment and tools with step-by-step guidance, and includes a business plan, marketing guidance and client waivers. A deposit of $800 is required to enroll and includes a professional sink and spa bed; full tuition is quoted on request. The Academy also offers Japanese head spa training on a live model. The business states that the Japanese head spa technique can boost circulation, reduce stress and support scalp wellness.

Treatments are built around lymphatic function and body contouring, with radiofrequency, cavitation and vacuum add-ons available alongside them.
