The lash menu covers classic, volume and angel extension sets, with full sets, regular and extended fills, and mini fills meant as touch-ups between full appointments. Each set is custom mapped to the client's eye shape. Fills and full sets are priced the same across lash styles, and a client can change style at any time at no extra cost. Regular and extended fills include a free lash bath and removal of grown-out lashes, and a separate new client fill is offered for people coming from another lash artist. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes for fills. Lash removal takes lash extensions off without harming natural lashes.

The studio also offers a lash lift and tint that uses a perming solution to add a natural curl and darken lashes without curlers, with a Korean version that uses a cysteamine-based solution. The studio says lash lift results last six to eight weeks. A lash tint is also available as a shorter, separate service.

Brow services include brow lamination, which uses a perming solution to set natural brow hairs into a chosen shape, and a lamination-only option for added volume and a uniform shape. Brow tinting uses a temporary dye to define shape and color, and brow waxing shapes with hard wax and tweezing. A dermaplaning facial includes a deep cleanse with massage, dermaplaning with or without oil, a custom face mask and finishing products, with a 30-minute add-on available.

The studio runs a 4-day, 30-hour Lash Licensing Course approved by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology, with two days in person and two days online and private one-on-one or two-on-one sessions. It includes a Light Heart lash kit and a lash business manual. Students need at least two years of high school education and proof of citizenship or legal residency. A separate 8-hour in-person Lash Mastery Course with a live model and an e-book is open only to licensed lash artists and estheticians. A free 30-minute inquiry call by FaceTime or phone is available for anyone considering the beginner course.

Lash sets are fitted to each client, and fills and full sets are priced the same across lash styles, with style changes allowed at any time at no extra cost.
