Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's preferences and goals, and facial, lash and brow work is shaped around the answers. Pricing is shown as a starting range, and custom plans are quoted at consultation. Every guest receives a personalized aftercare plan, which generally means a gentle cleanser only, daily SPF, and no active ingredients or heat exposure for 24 to 48 hours.

Facials can be extended with add-ons. Dermaplaning, LED light therapy and high frequency can be added to any facial at no extra charge, and the 60- and 90-minute facials also include light chemical peels and extended facial massage. Microneedling is the salon's signature treatment, starting at $350, and is described as refining skin texture, softening the look of scarring, and stimulating collagen production. The salon describes itself as combining advanced techniques with premium products, and the site shows a 5.0 guest rating from 13 five-star reviews.

Booking and payment run through GlossGenius, which also bills memberships monthly. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are accepted for buy now, pay later. Appointments are by booking only and walk-ins are not accepted, though same-day openings sometimes come up. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid retinoids and exfoliants for 3 to 5 days and to skip waxing or shaving the treatment area for 24 hours. Digital gift cards are emailed and can be used toward any service in preset amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or a custom amount; gift card sales are final.

Treatments are planned around each client's answers to questions asked up front, with the aim that every guest leaves feeling looked after and at ease in their own skin.
