EMS sessions use electrical muscle stimulation on legs, arms, thighs, stomach or buttocks. Deposits are non-refundable. A $50 deposit is charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, regardless of reason, and rescheduling in that window requires a new deposit. The cancellation policy also mentions a 20% charge of the service without saying when it applies. Clients more than 10 minutes late forfeit their deposit and must pay a new one to book again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. Hair extension clients take responsibility for their extensions, and the business is not responsible for movement, damage or loss before, during or after service.
