The salon does not offer cuts or color and leaves those to traditional salons. Its work is washing, drying and styling hair. A standard visit starts with a shampoo and conditioner chosen for the guest's hair type, followed by a round brush blowout worked one section at a time and finished with hot tools. The salon aims to deliver this in about 45 minutes and says its blowouts typically last three to five days, depending on hair type, sleep and humidity. Longer blowout options for long, thick, curly, coily or highly textured hair run 60 to 90 minutes, and the salon recommends booking those ahead.

Beyond blowouts, the menu includes dry styles such as braids, tinsel and half-up or up-do looks, a formaldehyde-free Cezanne smoothing treatment, scalp and hair treatments, and makeup for everyday, Halloween and events. There are wedding packages for brides and wedding parties, mobile party options for birthdays, school and corporate events, and group appointments for five or more guests. Trainee appointments are also available at lower prices: blowouts with a trainee start at $20 and dry styles at $10. Trainees work with a licensed cosmetologist in the salon's training program, guided by a lead educator.

The salon focuses only on washing, drying and styling hair, and aims to give guests a comfortable, confident result in about 45 minutes.

Guests can order champagne, mimosas or wine from the drink menu during their visit.
