The studio's work centers on color, extensions and hair health. Color leans toward lived-in looks, balayage, blonding, and work for brunettes and redheads. Every color appointment includes a haircut and blowdry. Color is priced by how long it takes, which products are used and the artist's skill, so it is not one flat rate.

Booking is by appointment only, online or by text. Menu prices are maintenance or starting prices, and each artist's costs vary with experience and specialization. The salon is gratuity free. No-shows are charged the full service fee and are blocked from rebooking if they are new clients. Same-day cancellations are charged half the service cost, and cancellations within 48 hours carry a flat $50 fee unless the slot can be filled that week. Products are not returnable, though samples are sometimes offered so clients can try them first.

Extensions are offered using tape, sew-in weft and K-tips. Each application is customized, and the look, cost and upkeep are worked out in an in-person consultation. Bridal services are offered by consultation, with travel available. The studio does not offer braiding, protective styles, perms or vivid color.

The salon says it works to lower its environmental impact and give back to the community. Foils, color tubes, hair, paper and plastic go to recycling partners, and the studio aims to cut water and energy use. It uses single-use compostable towels that are given a second use after leaving the studio.
