Color services are sized by how much of the hair is changing. Half Custom Color takes 180 minutes for partial blonding or dimensional color across the front, top, back, and hairline. Full Custom Color is a 240-minute full color or blonding transformation and the most extensive option. For upkeep there is Root Touchup for new growth on solid color, Bleach Retouch for new growth on solid platinum blonde seen within four to seven weeks, and All Over Color, a 180-minute single process from root to end. Color Correction runs 300 minutes, its price varies, and a consultation comes first.
Extension maintenance comes in two lengths. One Row Extension Move Up takes 120 minutes and Two Row Extension Move Up takes 240 minutes. In both, the wefts are removed, washed, and reinstalled, and the natural hair is washed as well. These visits include a treatment, a hot towel, a head massage, and a blow dry and style.
Haircuts run 60 minutes or longer and include a treatment, hot towel, head massage, and style. Bang trims are free 15-minute trims between haircuts, but they are for clients who have already visited; first-time clients are asked to book a full haircut. The salon does not offer barbering or clipper cutting. Blowouts run 45 minutes or longer, with a double cleanse, hot towel treatment, head massage, and a style of the client's choice. Brow Wax and Tint is a 15-minute waxing service with optional tint. Brow Lamination, Wax, and Tint is a 45-minute service that smooths, lifts, and sets natural brow hairs and includes a jelly mask for brows; the salon says the lamination lasts six to eight weeks.
Hours are Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM and Friday through Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed Monday through Wednesday. Appointments booked on closed days or outside hours carry an After Dark surcharge of $100 per hour on top of the service cost. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service plus a 3.5% processing fee. The 15-minute Consultation is free and is used to talk through hair goals and plan services. The Bubbly Blowouts package is four blowouts for $150 and includes 15% off one retail purchase. Clients get a free gift after six consecutive package purchases. Clients with a birthday in the month receive a free 15-minute head massage, hair brushing, and shampoo with any service.
