Threading is the main service. It uses a twisted thread to pluck hair from the follicle and is used to shape eyebrows and remove unwanted hair from the face. The studio says threading gives more precision than waxing and is often less painful. Individual areas are priced from $5 for a brow trim, $10 for a unibrow, $12 for the upper lip, chin, forehead or neck, $17 for sideburns and $18 for a beard line, which defines and maintains the cheek line. Eyebrow shaping runs $22 to $30 and eyebrow threading $22 to $25. A whole face session at $65 takes about 50 minutes and includes the eyebrows but not the neck.

Lash lift appointments run 45 to 60 minutes. The service uses a silicone rod and a cream applied in two stages to raise and curve natural lashes, using Elleebana Lash Lift products. The lift alone costs $100, or $120 with a tint, and the tinted version takes about an hour. Results typically last about 6 to 8 weeks. Average or long natural lashes suit the treatment; it is not recommended for very short or very fine lashes. A no-cost patch test is offered before the first session. Guests should allow at least 6 weeks between lash lifts, and a repeat about every 6 weeks is suggested for upkeep. Lash growth serums should be stopped at least 48 hours beforehand, and lashes should be kept dry for the first 24 hours afterward.

Lash tinting costs $50 and takes 30 minutes. It darkens lashes so they look as if mascara has been applied, without daily application, and results last up to 6 to 8 weeks. It suits dark brown or blonde lashes. Brow tinting costs $25 and takes 10 minutes. It colors only the brow hair without staining the skin, suits clients with brow hair or light brows, and typically lasts about 3 to 4 weeks.

Gift options include eGift cards in $10, $20, $50, $100 or custom amounts, and group gift cards that let several people contribute toward one recipient. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, otherwise up to the full service price may be charged to the card used to book. A no-show is charged the full service price. Clients who are sick or have recently been exposed to illness are asked to reschedule, and the studio may refuse service to anyone under the influence, behaving inappropriately or posing a threat to staff or the business.
