The studio offers eyelash and brow services from one location in Brookline. The eyelash menu runs from classic one-to-one extensions up to Mega Volume, and also includes lash lifts, a Korean lash lift, lash tint, and removal of existing extensions. Mega Volume is the densest set offered and is recommended only for clients with naturally strong lashes; lighter sets are suggested for everyone else.

Extension styles differ mainly in how many extensions sit on each natural lash. Classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash for added length and some fullness. Hybrid sets split the lash line evenly between classic lashes and handmade fanned lashes, and Wet Set uses closed fans or spikes for a wet look on moderate to full lash lines. Volume-style sets build fans of two to four lashes (Light Volume), five to ten (Volume), or seven to fifteen ultra-fine fibers (Mega Volume). A Wispy or Textured finish, which alternates lengths using small fans, can be added to any set, and extensions can be done in one color or a mix of colors with black.

Brow services cover tinting with a vegetable pigment mixed with a peroxide activator, warm-wax removal applied against the direction of hair growth, and lamination, which straightens the brows and uses a perm solution to set their shape for a thicker, textured look. Clients who use topical retinoids such as tretinoin are advised that these can thin the skin and may cause tearing during waxing. Clients should arrive with all makeup removed and the eye and brow area clean and oil-free.

Booking is by appointment only, and new clients must make their first appointment online. A credit card is required to book and is kept on file for future visits and any fees; payment is taken on arrival. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice for lash and brow services, and late cancellations may be charged half the booked service. Clients who do not show up may be charged the full session. Refunds are not offered, concerns must be raised within 48 hours of a service, and product sales are final. Clients must be at least 18, or have an adult present throughout the appointment if they are younger. The site states the studio is not handicap accessible.

Set density is matched to the client's natural lashes, with lighter styles suggested when lashes are not strong enough for a denser set. The studio will not work over extensions applied at another salon and recommends removal and a full new set instead.
