Threading is the salon's core service. The salon treats threading as a form of skin care rather than simply hair removal, and offers it for the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, forehead, sideburns, neck and full face, with appointment lengths listed for each area. The waxing menu is just as broad, running from small areas such as the upper lip and eyebrows up to full arms, full back, full stomach and a full body wax that takes about an hour and a half. The salon says its waxing is hypoallergenic and practically painless.

The facial menu ranges from a basic herbal facial to named facials such as the Gold, Pearl, Shahnaz, Diamond and Signature treatments. Facials include a massage of the face, neck and shoulders using aromatherapy oil. Microdermabrasion is also offered; it uses aluminum oxide crystals to lift away the outer layer of dead skin cells and takes about 30 minutes.

Hair services include women's haircuts, styling, wash and style, color retouches and partial highlights. Henna (mehndi) is available, including a bridal henna package that takes about two hours, with pricing given on request by phone. Eyelash extensions come in classic and volume options, and brow and lash tinting and brow henna are also on the menu.

Threading and hair color are offered to everyone, while waxing, facials and henna are offered to women only. Walk-ins are welcome. The salon is closed on Mondays, open 11 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays and Saturdays, 11 AM to 7 PM from Wednesday to Friday, and 12 PM to 4 PM on Sundays.
